Rental Period

The rental period will advertise the amount of time you will rent the product. If the booking slot shows additional hours for your booking, that extra time is for setup and breakdown. For example, the Inflatable Dome, is advertised for 4 hours. When you go to schedule your booking, it will show 6 hours. One hour to set up and one hour to break down. Any extension of this period must be agreed upon in writing or booked online. The Client understands that additional rental fees may apply for any extension of the rental period.

Deposit

The Client shall provide a security deposit of 50% to the Company upon booking. The deposit is NONREFUNDABLE to the Client. The Client understands that any deductions from the security deposit will be itemized and communicated in writing.

Delivery and Pick Up

Bozo Entertainment will deliver the rented items to the Client's specified location on delivery date. The Client agrees to follow the "Care of rented items" instructions. Please see "Care of rented items" below. The Client acknowledges that they are responsible for providing clear access to the delivery and pickup locations.
